INCENTIVIZE THE USE OF THE ENTERPRISE CREDIT CARDS IN MEXICO



CHALLENGE

Increase the credit card use by offering the possibility of financing daily payments for enterprises with lines of BBVA credit.

STRATEGY

In this project, was expected just to carry on a refactor of the flow designed for BBVA Spain.

Naturally, I had a lot of questions about the project and the business drivers to literally copy the flow.

I began with a desktop research to understand thinks like...

Why should I copy a flow that was designed for enterprises and users in other country?

Why the business wants to launch this in Mexico?

And then share the findings with the stakeholder in order to discuss the viability and the profit of the feature for BBVA Mexico.

Once we have verified the big differences in terms of the product, we could have some arguments to carry out an investigation with companies.

EXECUTION

We made a workshop with the interview findings in order to expose and explain why a copy of the Spain flow won't work for Mexico.

CONCLUSION

During the workshop we were able to share the interview insights with the stake holders, they were pretty interested in the problematic and then collaborate with us to ideate a solution that works for Mexico.
